In Depth: Closet Conundrums

How old are you and what is your relationship status? That's easy, I'm 28 and I have a BOYFRIEND! After 3 years of beling single and seeing all your friends with their partners, it does feel good…very good.

What kind of work do you do? I work in a marketing services agency…its a very stressful job to say the least and some of our clients should be evicted from this world.

What are your hobbies? I developed my hobby for searching the internet for half-naked guys in tha past 1 year of updating my blog. Like any other gay guy, my hobbies include, shopping, cooking, writing (if I have time), oh and people watching.

Do you have any special skills? Skills? Like what kind of speacial skills?…Are you sure you want to know?

What turns you on? What is your "type"? Turn's me on? MY BOYFRIEND! (He is reading this you know!) hmmm nice shoulders are hot (yes honey, start doing those shoulder presses). A cute face (oh we is blessed with this already). My type? hmmmm surprisingly I never imagined that I'd go out with someone younger, but well it work right and we're together so I guess its a good thing. My type of guy, physically, he has to be tall (it's always been a requirement for me), body type, anything is fine, just not too thin I guess. I also like a guy who can be intellectual at time, but knows when to stop analyzing stuff and take things as it is. Oh and as long as he is romantic! I'm a sucker for romances.

Anything interesting about you that your readers wouldn't know? I don't know..I'm not sure if there is anything they don't know already. I've been quite honest in my blog so I really wouldn't know, though if they have some questions the sure could send me an email and Id certainly give an honest reply.

Tell us about it's birth? It started on March 16,2006. I was actually bored and saw the 1 month free offer of Typepad so I grabbed it…I never intended it to be a photoblog at the beginning. I was just supposed to write stuff for it, but I guess putting hot photos of guys drove the traffic to my blog. Then I had to make a decision to alternate white guys with Asian guys, because I wasn't sure about the supply of Asian photos, though now that I've amassed a huge quantity of them, I don't know if I should drop the white guys all together.

Who is it's intended audience? Hmmm I think it was clear from the start that I don't care who reads it, my point in doing this is so that I could have an outlet. But what happend after posting How Dildos Are Made. People started posting about the blog and I was starting to register about 1000 hits a day. So it became more of a duty to people to post, not really a chore, I do enjoy doing it but its something I feel I have to do every morning just liek brushing my teeth or taking a shower. Anyway until today I'm still not sure who my exact target audience is, but for sure its for gay men.

How many daily visitors does it get? According to the Typepad counter I got 3732 hits since midnight GMT, in the past 7 days I got around 20,000 hits.

If you could sum up your blog in one sentence, what would it be? I think people have been saying "Hot Asian Guys."

If you had unlimited time, budget and staff, how would you change your blog? More interactive material…maybe videos…Maybe do something like Corbin Fisher, but this time with Asian guys…that would be hot!

How much time a week do you spend on your blog? I spend 2 hours everyday sometimes more. I get to the office around 8:30am and start typing, I usually finish my post around 10 to 1030 sometimes 11. Then I spend some parts of the afternoon or evening looking for new materials.

Give us some coming attractions on your blog: I'm planning to do something for my 500th post which hopefully would also coincide with my 1,000,000th visitor…I dunno yet what I'll do but it sure is something to look forward to.
