The Next Generation star has come out of the closet. The character that Adamo Ruggiero plays on The Next Generation is also gay. “I didn’t plan it that way… maybe it’s life imitating art. Degrassi let me do something real and I kind of feel like I’m living proof of what the show was working to accomplish.
