Kanye West Out (Of Jail That Is)

Kanye West was arrested, but released without charge, on suspicion of assaulting a photographer in Britain. The rapper was arrested outside the Tup Tup Palace – a nightclub in Newcastle, England – People reports. He had performed a sold out show at the Metro Radio Arena Thursday night.

A Northumbria Police spokeswoman confirmed that a 31-year-old man had been arrested after an alleged assault following an “incident” outside a nightclub, but told reporters, “He was released without charge and no further action is being taken.”
