D.A.D.T. Strikes Again!

There’s been a lot of talk recently about the state of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, well, a lot of procrastination anyway. As Robert Gibbs stumbles through his response to Ana Marie Cox’s question about progress on repealing DADT, gay and lesbian service-members are still being discharged. Prestigious careers are brought to a screeching halt over the matter of sexuality. Personal matters that, honestly, should not really even have a place in the work environment. But the lack of equality and the constant “frat boy” mentality of the military have forced the hands of many gays and lesbians to find ways to protect themselves.

Unfortunately, one of those is by way of courts martial. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the new fun activity for self-loathing homosexual and questioning “straight” service-members is to take a same sex fling home and then later file criminal charges. It’s the straight man’s morning after pill.
