Kardashian’s Against H8

Kim, Kourtney and I did a shoot for the NOH8 campaign, which is a silent photo protest created with the goal of ultimately overturning Proposition 8. It was such an honor to have been asked to represent such an important and worthy cause and we were so excited at the opportunity.

The passage of Prop 8 was an event that I still have trouble stomaching, and I’m sure many of you feel the same way. All people, gay or straight, should be able to get married and share the same rights — love is love and I can’t really fathom how and why people disagree with that. If you don’t want to marry a person of the same sex, then don’t! It’s as simple as that. Everyone should at least be given the option. There should be no limitations as to who we choose to spend our lives with, and there should be no outside parties helping to make these decisions for us. If someone had told me that I couldn’t marry Lamar, I would have told them to go F themselves! LOL.
