A long, hot bath is much more than just a hop in the tub for a scrub, it is a wonderful way to unwind and gain some inner peace. I believe a bath should be like a romantic dinner you set for yourself. I light candles, turn off the lights, and turn on some smooth, soothing tunes. I also add moisturizing beads or bubble bath to my bath water. For added depth to my bath, I bought a small plastic cover for the overflow drain called, “The Deep Water Bath”. (If you can’t find one of these, take a small washcloth and plug up your overflow drain.)
