We all know that celebrityism sometimes runs in the family. Look at Joan Rivers and her daughter. (What’s her daughter’s name? Melissa?)It looks like the Sarah and Bristol Palin are following suit. What? You don’t think Sarah Palin is a celebrity? Well, Let’s see, she earns $100,000 per speaking engagement. She’s slated to soon to have her own TV show. She’s never passed up the opportunity to speak, even about things she obviously knows nothing about (politics) and takes all the press coverage she can get. Yup, sounds like a celebrity to me.

It would also appear that Bristol is getting to ride the coat-tails of her mother just like other celebrities have followed in the footsteps of their parents, just like Kate Hudson and Goldie Hawn, but not nearly as cute.

According to a post on Gay Rights – Change.org:

Bristol Palin is charging anywhere from $15,000-$30,000 for each speaking engagement. And she’s working on a book, too. Lovely.

Yup, it looks like yet another Palin is gonna get paid to talk about something she obviously knows nothing about…Abstinence!
