Her Best is Being Her

She has mastered many different accents and looks and earned a staggering 15 Academy Award nominations for her amazing body of work.

But as much as I loved Meryl Streep in such films as Julie & Julia, Mamma Mia!, Postcards From the Edge, Sophie’s Choice and Heartburn, and all the rest, I think I love her most as herself.

Thank God that after a long drought as a perennial nominee, Meryl started winning awards again for her roles in Angels in America, Doubt, Adaptation and The Devil Wears Prada.
