In fact, we’ve identified 23 since the Bill Clinton-Monica Lewinksy affair in 1998. That comes to more than two per year. There were six each in 2008 and 2007, two so far in 2009 as well as two in 2006. That’s 16 in just the past four years. There were five admitted in 1998.
